Lovefest Melbourne - Dandenong Ranges

Picture this… soft basslines amongst ancient trees and ferns, the laughter of children playing, and the smell of love in the air.

A multigenerational clear heart-centered village where children, teens, elders, and everyone in between comes together to celebrate love. A place where dance, music, creativity, healing, and connection comes alive.

This event is in collaboration with Ecstatic Dance Melbourne, Sacred Raving, and Sparkly Yoga. With more partners to come. Melbourne’s conscious communities are coming together for Victoria’s first Lovefest Family Campout! Lovefest is about Love for self, community, and planet earth.

An immersion of live music around the fire and on stage, holistic, relational and embodiment workshops, DJs & Conscious Dance, cultural performances and a whole lot of fun, magic, and surprises.

Because together we can create a culture of kindness, respect, and freedom that lasts long in your heart after the music stops, and the guitar keeps playing and we sit by the fire together to remember community.

Bring your song, your dance, your gifts, Lovefest is co-created by everyone who shows up with intention and connection and love

CAMPING AND FACILITIES

• Access to toilets, and drinking water
• On-site parking provided with a car pass only. We encourage carpooling where possible to reduce environmental impact onsite.
• Please bring ALL your own camping equipment, incl eating utensils, and everything you will need to be comfortable.
• Sorry, no dogs, or personal campfires/firepits
• Important: BYO cups plates, bowls and cutlery (washing station available)

FOOD & DRINKS

Food and drinks vendors will be serving plant based food, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks
You are also welcome to BYO food and non-alcoholic drinks (please remember to plan ahead to bump out all your own waste)

VEHICLES

We encourage carpooling where possible to reduce environmental impact onsite.
There is space for campervans and caravans, register these when booking your vehicle pass.

ENTRY AGREEMENT

• This is a sober event which enables us to create a safe space for all. This means no substances that impair cognition including no alcohol, cannabis, or drugs. This will also allow us to connect together with clarity and focused intention.
• This is a leave no trace event, which means you will need to bump out everything you bring, especially your rubbish
• Photography and video for promotional purposes will be taken respectfully.
• No Pets
• Dressing colourful (is recommended)

CONNECTION TO LAND

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land we gather on. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture, and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.

LEAVE NO TRACE

We trust that you will all respect the environment, leave no trace and even better leave the place better than we found it. Minimise waste, take your waste back with you - THERE ARE NO BINS ONSITE. Practice Love for Planet Earth and plan ahead to take your rubbish with you when you leave.
